Boiler “TOBY B” is a time-tested product of the factory “TERMOMONT DOO” sold in many European countries, which has proven itself as a simple, durable, easy-to-maintain and inexpensive product.
The burner of the boiler is made of cast iron, so it gives confidence to the buyers to not doubt the durability of the product. Only 5-10 minutes a week will be enough to clean the boiler.
The ignition and extinguishing processes are fully automated.
A smooth combustion process is ensured by a time-tested controller that self-assesses: the calorific value and humidity of the pellets, monitors the oxygen content, forcibly regulates the pressure in the combustion chamber and other parameters. This way, the combustion process is optimized, a power modulation algorithm is selected, which automatically reduces the amount of supplied pellets when the difference decreases between the set and reached boiler temperature. The boiler controller fully controls the amount of air in the combustion chamber: thus ensuring optimal combustion regardless of the pellet quality.
The principle of operation of this boiler is based on the “underpressure” of the combustion chamber. The design of the boiler “Termomont TOBY B” is sealed, and the pressure in the combustion chamber is maintained by fans and a pressure sensor. The boiler is constantly forced to maintain the correct pressure, so it does not matter what the construction of the chimney is, what is the condition of the chimney and what are the weather conditions.
The boiler “Termomont TOBY B” is factory- installed with a circulation pump, an expansion tank and a safety valve. The diameter of the chimney is only 800mm, so you will significantly reduce the costs and time of installation of the boiler and chimney, and you can use the saved money for other needs (e.g. buying pellets).
Pellets are supplied from the tank to the boiler with the help of an internal transporter. From there, the pellets are fed into the combustion chamber, where they fall freely into the burner of the boiler (thus avoiding pellet feeding problems). For safety, the pellet tank and the combustion zone are physically separated, and a safety thermostat is installed to prevent the pellets from igniting in the tank. There is also a pressure sensor inside the combustion chamber – when the boiler door is opened, this sensor will react and stop the pellet feeding process.
This provides the highest level of electronic protection and combustion process control.
The combustion chamber of the boiler is made of 5 mm thick special boiler steel (265 GH brand) which is resistant to heat.
With proper operation, boiler maintenance is minimal.
