Our boilers in detail
Specifications of BIOTHERM 350- 500 kW
Biotherm is the name for our complete solution when it comes to reliable and high-quality wood pellet heating for large systems.
The fuel quality is one of the crucial factors: wood pellets must be of the highest quality (A1) both in terms of cleanliness, absence of dust, and calorific value.
The autonomy of the system implies investment in wood pellet storage and dosing systems. For details, we advise you to watch our promotional film at the bottom of this text.
The boiler itself has an automatic cleaning system provided by a coil at the bottom of the firebox. The coil transports the ash to the cyclone ash pan.
Cyclones are devices mounted on the flue outlet of the boiler and are used to separate hard particles from flue gases, thus meeting strict environmental criteria.
A fan must be installed on cyclones (as an integral part of the boiler). Fan operation is controlled by frequency electronics.
The boiler burner itself also has a system for automatic cleaning of the flame pipe (its own innovative solution). The flame tube of the burner is made of high-quality refractory brick – in order to withstand high temperatures and as a guarantee of product durability.
The boiler was tested at a pressure of 8 bar. The maximum working pressure of the boiler is 4 bar.
